If you have a company, you know that there is a plethora of different ways you can get information to those in your company easily. Though it’s easy to make a newsletter like most companies would, why not go out on a limb and make a monthly magazine for everyone in the company. While you might not be able to make magazine as flashy as the one in the video, you could easily use your laser printer to make your own company wide magazine. You wouldn’t need to make a magazine with hundreds of pages in it—even six to ten pages would do.
The cover could change every month, but it would probably be safe to make the front cover something like your company’s logo that everyone would recognize. If your company is a computer programming company, you could make the cover a computer, while if you work for a company that makes car radios, you could put a car or a radio on the front. You can definitely go wherever you want with the front cover. You definitely need to make sure that you include what’s inside the magazine on the front cover too.
Inside the magazine, you can have anything you want. You could have fun articles, informative articles or even articles about who works for the company. You also should include some sort of calendar so that everyone knows exactly what’s going on in the company.
The best part about using a large setting laser printer is that printing pages from it is so affordable. Using toner cartridges is pretty affordable, so you can pretty much print as many pages for all of your employees as you want without thinking your company will go bankrupt.
